- Data required for the conclusion of the contract:

- Legal basis: Article 6 (1) (b) GDPR (performance of the contract).
- Optional data: Processed only with the consent of the User (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a) GDPR).
2. Additional processing purposes
- Analytics and statistics (legitimate interest of the Administrator).
- Enforcement of claims (legitimate interest).
- Marketing of the Administrator (legitimate interest) and third parties (with consent).
3. Data transfer
Data may be shared:
- To courier companies and payment operators in order to fulfill the order.
- Entities processing data on behalf of the Administrator (e.g. hosting, analytics).
4. Profiling
The data can be used for automated profiling to match marketing offers.
5. Users' Rights
The user has the right to:
- Access to data, rectification, deletion or restriction of processing.
- Data portability.

- Submission of a complaint to the President of the UODO.

This is data stored on the User's device, enabling the identification of the browser and improving the functioning of the Website.
